Ellen Rardin has 20 years of experience in adoption. She has had the privilege of helping create over 700 adoptive families. She is a licensed clinical social worker who formed her own agency, Adoption Services, in 1992. Ellen provides home studies for both international and domestic adoption, adoption planning and consultation for expectant parents and adopting parents, counseling/education for adult adoptees and classes for adoptive parents. The Adoption Option and Conversations with Your Adopted Child are offered annually. The Memphis Adoption Review, the agency  newsletter, is published biannually.
